Online Body-Focused Support & Regulation
This online session offers gentle, grounded support for anyone seeking more stability, body awareness, and emotional regulation from home. It is designed for people who prefer a non-touch, somatic approach or who want continuity between in-person sessions.
The focus is on helping your nervous system shift toward a more regulated state through simple, accessible body-based tools. We work together in a way that respects your pace, your needs, and your communication style. You are always welcome to ask for adjustments, pauses, or alternative options.
This session is particularly supportive for individuals who experience stress, overwhelm, anxiety, shutdown, or difficulty feeling connected to their body. It is sensory-aware and suitable for neurodivergent clients who benefit from clear structure and gentle guidance.
What the session includes:

We begin with a short conversation about your current state, your needs for the session, and anything relevant happening in your body or emotions. You only need to share what feels safe and comfortable.

Depending on your needs, we may explore:
grounding exercises
breath and pacing tools
gentle movement or stretching
body mapping and awareness
self-touch techniques for calming or activating
guided sensory or interoceptive practices
You can always choose alternatives, slow down, or skip an exercise. All practices are adapted to your preference and capacity.

We work collaboratively to support your system in finding more balance, whether that means calming, energizing, or softening tension.

We’ll close with a short reflection, a grounding moment to help your body and mind settle before you return to the rest of your day.
And if you’re okay with it, I’ll also give you a small piece of homework to take with you, something simple to support your integration this week.

The session is approximately 60 minutes and costs 65 euros.
