More than just a regular massage place…

A trauma-informed, neurodivergent friendly space for your body and mind in the city center of Groningen.

Welcome!

I’m so glad you found your way here.

What I offer is more than massage. It is a therapeutic space designed to support your body and your inner world: with clarity, safety, and depth.

Through therapeutic touch and body-based guidance, we work with what your body has been holding. Tension, overwhelm, and stress are not random; they are signals. Together, we create the conditions for those patterns to soften and shift.

This is structured, trauma-informed work grounded in presence and respect. You are supported, but you are also empowered. Your body is not something to fix, it is something to understand.

My role is to provide a steady, regulated space where healing can unfold naturally and sustainably, in respect of the cyclical nature of our human experience.

Here, you can slow down.
Here, you can feel supported.
Here, your body can soften, your breath can deepen,
and you can reconnect with the strength that is already within you.

Let me offer you a cozy corner,

  • If you are experiencing body-based symptoms such as chronic pain, muscle tension, headaches, digestive discomfort, hormonal imbalance (including PCOS or endometriosis), fatigue, or recurring immune-related complaints.

  • You may also notice cognitive or emotional struggles in your day to day life like difficulty concentrating, mood swings, heightened sensitivity to your environment, sleep disturbances, or feeling easily overwhelmed.

  • This work can be supportive also during:

    • Anxiety, burnout, or stress-related exhaustion

    • Trauma recovery or PTSD

    • Depression or emotional numbness

    • Neurodivergence (for those who find safe, regulated touch supportive)

    • Autoimmune-related stress patterns

But I can also be of service if you are seeking:

  • Deep rest

  • Calmness

  • A stronger connection to your body

  • A better understanding of how stress affects you

“Nikoletta asked me the right questions to set an intention for the treatment, which was really comforting (and a bit confronting, but in a good way). She knows what she’s doing and creates a safe environment.”
