This session is more than a massage:

it’s an experience designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. While I work with your muscles, tissues, and joints, I also hold space for your emotional and energetic well-being.

Please note: I do not offer massage-only treatments. These sessions are for people who wish to reconnect with their bodies and who are open to somatic and spiritual development as part of their journey toward a better quality of life. Each session is one-on-one, created just for you.

  • Herb Tea and Healthy Snack: Enjoy a soothing herbal tea and a nutritious snack to start your session.

  • Intake: We'll begin by discussing your intentions and goals for the session.

  • Somatic / Empowering / Movement or Mindfulness Exercise: Prepare your body and mind to settle into presence.

  • Full Body Massage: Experience a comprehensive full body head to toe massage tailored to your needs and adapted to your comfort level.

  • 10-Minute Cooldown: Relax on the table for a 10-minute cooldown period.

Over time, you build resilience, finding steadiness under pressure, recovering more quickly after challenges, and feeling more grounded, safe, and connected in everyday life.

  • Arrival & Herbal Tea: Settle in with a calming herbal tea. This quiet moment helps your body downshift and arrive.

  • Checking In: We take a few minutes to explore how you’re feeling today and what you’d like support with—stressors, sensations, emotions, intentions.

  • Somatic / Empowering Practice (can be movement or mindfulness as well): A simple, guided practice to help your body feel safer and more present—think gentle movement, breath awareness, orienting, or grounding.

  • Regulating Practices (personalized tools): We explore body-based techniques matched to your needs (e.g., paced breathing, vagal toning, self-holding, sensory grounding, micro-movements). You’ll learn how and when to use them in daily life.

  • Reflection: Space to notice shifts, name insights, and track what worked for your system—building trust in your body’s signals and responses.

  • Integration: We close gently, outlining a simple home practice (short, doable steps). You leave with clear tools to support calm, balance, and resilience between sessions.
