Somatic Meditation is a gentle journey where you rest on the floor with blankets, pillows, and an eye cover, while soft music holds the space around you. I guide you through a body-based meditation — a fairy-tale for grown ups — where we explore sensations, breath, and the quiet wisdom living inside you.
It’s a space to soften, to feel, and to reconnect.
What the session includes:

You simply arrive, get comfortable, and let yourself be carried.
We move through the body part by part, inviting safety, relaxation, and presence.
No experience needed, just willingness to be with yourself in a gentle way.
There will be tea and snacks waiting for you.
And after the meditation, there is time to share, integrate, or simply rest a little longer.You’re welcome to join,
your body will know why. -
