This session is more than a massage.

It is a slow and grounding experience designed to support both your body and your inner world. Many people come for massage because they feel tight, tired, or overwhelmed. The treatment helps — the body relaxes — but after a while the same tension often returns.

Stress does not only affect muscles. It influences how we breathe, how we move, how we hold ourselves, and how safe we feel inside. In this work, therapeutic massage is combined with gentle body-based guidance. While I work with your muscles, fascia, and joints, I also pay attention to what your body may be communicating beneath the surface.

Sometimes tension is connected to pressure, long-term stress, unspoken emotions, or simply being “on” for too long. When the body begins to relax, a quiet and balanced state becomes available. In that calm space, deeper patterns can begin to shift.

Without forcing, analyzing, or over-talking, we gently explore what your body needs. You do not need any special knowledge, only curiosity about your own experience. You already carry the capacity for healing within you.

This session can support you in:

My approach is respectful, trauma-informed, and consent-based. The pace is adapted to your comfort. You are always welcome to communicate your needs, ask questions, request adjustments, or simply rest in silence.

Please note: I do not offer massage-only treatments. This work is for people who sense that relaxation alone is not enough and who are open to reconnecting with themselves on a deeper level.

Each session is one-on-one and tailored to your individual needs and boundaries.

What You Can Expect During a Session:

  • Therapeutic touch and massage techniques

  • Somatic, trauma-informed bodywork

There is also space to share thoughts and experiences. When helpful, I offer reflection and therapeutic dialogue to support integration and deeper understanding.

What the session includes:

 
  • You are welcomed with herbal tea and a light, healthy snack. This gives you time to arrive, settle, and transition into the space without rush.

  • We start with a short, structured check-in about your needs, intentions, and any relevant physical or emotional context. You only share what feels right for you.

  • If helpful, we include a brief somatic, movement, or mindfulness exercise to support your body in shifting into a more grounded state. This step is always adapted to your preferences.

  • Full Body Massage (with oils)

    A head-to-toe massage adjusted to your needs, sensory preferences, and comfort with pressure.

    Clothed Full Body Treatment

    A bodywork session through comfortable clothing, using gentle massage techniques, stretching, and touch without oils. This option is ideal if you prefer to remain clothed or want a more grounding style of work. description

  • At the end of the session, you lie quietly on the table for approximately ten minutes to allow your body and nervous system to integrate the work.

  • A short closing moment to reflect, ask questions, or simply ground before we say goodbye to each other.

  • The session is approximately 90-105 minutes and costs 85 euros.
