Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy with Psilocybin Microdosing
This session follows the same structure as the standard Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy session, with the optional addition of a very small psilocybin microdose. The combination of bodywork, somatic support, and a microdose can create a deeper sense of relaxation, openness, and emotional clarity.
Psilocybin in microdoses is known to gently influence neuroplasticity: the brain’s ability to adapt, soften old patterns, and create new pathways. In a therapeutic setting, this can support increased presence, body awareness, and emotional processing without overwhelming intensity.
The goal of this session is not to create a psychedelic experience. Instead, it uses a carefully considered microdose to enhance the benefits of somatic and body-oriented work.
What the session includes:

-
Full Body Massage (with oils)
A head-to-toe massage adjusted to your needs, sensory preferences, and comfort with pressure.
or
Clothed Full Body Treatment
A bodywork session through comfortable clothing, using gentle massage techniques, stretching, and touch without oils. This option is ideal if you prefer to remain clothed or want a more grounding style of work. description
