How to Prepare for Your Session
You honestly don’t need to do anything special.
Just come as you are: comfortable, real, and in whatever state you happen to be in that day.
This space is for you, not for a polished version of you.
But if it feels supportive to have a little guidance, here are a few soft suggestions to help you arrive with ease:
Wear what feels good
Pick clothes your body feels comfortable in.
Something soft, stretchy, cozy… whatever makes you feel safe and at home in yourself.
No need to dress up or look “presentable.”
Basic hygiene
Because we’ll be working closely with touch and shared space, a little basic hygiene helps both of us feel comfortable.
A quick shower, clean clothes, and fresh breath can make the session feel more relaxed and enjoyable.
No need to be perfectjust clean and comfortable.
Give yourself time to arrive
If you can, try not to rush here.
A few extra minutes to breathe, settle, and let the outside world fade makes a big difference.
It helps your nervous system slow down, so we can begin from a calmer place together.
You honestly don’t need to do anything special.
Eat and drink normally
Just listen to your body.
Have some water, have a snack if you’re hungry, don’t overthink it.
You don’t need to be full or empty.
Just comfortable.
Phone on silent or airplane mode
This one is small but powerful.
When your phone is quiet, your system gets the message that it can rest.
It helps you stay present with yourself, without being pulled away.
Come open and curious
You don’t need to prepare your mind.
No plan, no topic, no expectations required.
Whatever wants to show up is welcome.
Your body knows what it wants to work with, curiosity is more than enough.
Keep your schedule soft afterwards
If possible, give yourself a little space after the session.
A slow walk, a warm drink, sitting somewhere quiet, or simply breathing for a moment can help everything settle and integrate.
Most importantly…
Come exactly as you are.
Tired? Stressed? Emotional? Excited? Peaceful? Unsure?
All of you is welcome here.
There is no “right way” to show up.
Your body already knows how to be in this space.
I’ll meet you there: gently, slowly, and with full presence.
