More than just a regular massage place…

A trauma-informed, neurospicy friendly, safe space for your body and mind in the city center of Groningen.

My approach

I prioritize kindness and empowerment when working with your body. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for healing, guiding individuals through transformative and stabilizing trauma-informed holistic massage therapy, bodywork, and somatic therapy. My sessions are designed to support and nurture your body and mind, promoting healing and connection.

Let me offer you a cozy corner,

  • If you are experiencing body-based symptoms such as chronic pain, muscle tension, headaches, digestive problems, or a weakened immune system.

  • Additionally, cognitive issues like memory problems, difficulty concentrating, mood swings, or heightened sensitivity to stimuli are affecting your daily life.

  • Or perhaps you are dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, burnout, irritability, trauma recovery, neurodivergency, changes in sleep patterns or appetite.

But I can also be of service if you are seeking:

  • Calmness

  • Relaxation

  • Deepening connection with the body

  • Better understanding of your nervous system

“Nikoletta asked me the right questions to set an intention for the treatment, which was really comforting (and a bit confronting, but in a good way). She knows what she’s doing and creates a safe environment.”
